I was one of two 4th graders selected for a community service leadership program that lasted through high school and remains an important part of my life today. Here are some of the things we did:

• Visit old people’s home

• Beach clean ups

• Charity basketball tournament

• Clothing drives

• Food drives

• Holiday cards
